DXUR, currently branded as Halo Halo 97.1, is a music FM radio station owned by Viva Live, Inc. in the Philippines. The station's studio is located at Unit 49, 4th floor of Landco Corporate Center Bldg., J.P. Laurel Avenue Bajada 8000 Davao City and its transmitter located at JP Laurel Ave., Bajada, Davao City. It is the second FM station of the Del Rosario's Viva group, and the first in the Mindanao region.

Before its current brand, it was known as Ultimate Radio UR97 and in 2010 as a Christian Contemporary music station Mango Radio UR97. After Viva's acquisition, the station was launched as Oomph! Radio in January 2015. It was manned by jocks, most of them who used to work with the defunct Mix FM.

In May 2016, Viva Live briefly dropped the Oomph brand and rebranded it again as UR 97 (though the station still plays current Top 40 and OPM hits, they also include classic hits of the '70s, '80s and '90s to their playlist). However in July 2016, Viva Live brought back the Oomph Radio brand and its Top 40/OPM format. In February 2017, the Oomph Radio brand was dropped again and rebranded again as "97.1 FM" due to management decision and signifying another rebranding of the station.

In May 2017, all Viva Live stations were relaunched as Halo Halo, the first and only FM station in each city which plays only Original Pilipino Music similar to Pinas FM 95.5 in Metro Manila (owned by Iglesia ni Cristo's for-profit affiliate Eagle Broadcasting Corporation) and Tag 91.1 in Dubai, UAE (owned by Arabian Radio Network).
